When you come to see me, we start with your story — not just a list of symptoms.
Many people I work with have been unwell for a long time, have seen multiple clinicians, or have been told that tests are “normal” despite ongoing problems. Others have a clear diagnosis, but still feel they are not functioning as they should.
This appointment is a chance to step back, look at the whole picture, and work out what is most likely driving what you’re experiencing.
In your consultation we’ll explore what’s been happening in your health, what has changed over time, and what seems to trigger or worsen symptoms. We’ll look at your medical history, medications and supplements, and the areas that often shape recovery — including sleep, energy, digestion, stress load, nutrition, hormones, and immune resilience.
We’ll also go through what you’ve already tried. That matters, because it often shows what your system responds to, what hasn’t helped, and what may need a different approach.
My aim is that you leave with clarity. You’ll have a structured understanding of what I think is going on, what to prioritise first, and a plan that is realistic and manageable. Where appropriate, I may suggest targeted tests or referrals, but the focus is always on practical next steps and steady progress.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you book. We start where you are, and we build from there.

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute call for us to briefly discuss your needs, confirm whether this service is suitable, and decide on next steps. This is not a medical consultation, and I won’t be able to provide a diagnosis or treatment plan on the call.

We start with your story — your symptoms, your health timeline, what you’ve tried already, and what matters most to you. We then agree priorities and practical next steps, including lifestyle and nutrition foundations and any targeted recommendations.
The initial consultation is 90 minutes. This allows time to take a full history, understand patterns over time, and agree a clear plan.

In most cases, yes. My service is best suited to people who have already been through initial medical assessment and have either a diagnosis, or a clear set of investigations already completed with their GP or specialist.
If you are experiencing new, severe, or rapidly worsening symptoms, you should seek assessment through your GP, NHS 111, or urgent care. If you’re unsure whether you’re suitable to book, please contact me before arranging an appointment.

Sometimes. If testing would genuinely help clarify what’s going on or guide a plan, I can recommend appropriate private testing options. Testing is never mandatory, and we can still make meaningful progress without it.

Your first appointment is a 90-minute consultation. This allows time to take a detailed history, understand the full picture, and agree clear priorities and next steps. This includes time ahead of our meeting reviewing your paperwork.
Follow-up appointments are 30-60 minutes and are arranged as needed, depending on your situation and goals.
Testing (optional, additional cost)
If I recommend additional testing after your consultation (for example stool or urine testing), this would be at an additional cost. Testing is not mandatory, and I will guide you through the most appropriate options.
