  • Sometimes. If testing would genuinely help clarify what’s going on or guide a plan, I can recommend appropriate private testing options. Testing is never mandatory, and we can still make meaningful progress without it.

  • Fees vary depending on the type and length of appointment needed. Please contact me for current fees, and I’ll confirm costs in advance before you book. If you’re unsure whether this service is the right fit, you’re welcome to arrange a free 15-minute call first.

Follow-up appointments are 30-60 minutes and are arranged as needed, depending on your situation and goals.

    Testing (optional, additional cost)

If I recommend additional testing after your consultation (for example stool or urine testing), this would be at an additional cost. Testing is not mandatory, and I will guide you through the most appropriate options.

  • Parent of teen

"We have had a great experience with Dr Liz. The thorough questionnaires, her deep interest for her patient, her considerate and gentle manners, the comfortable and well located practice all contributed to give us a very good impression. Now in the process of gathering the data (through blood tests and other exams) that she asked for in order to have a more precise idea of the best possible treatment plan. We really appreciate the holistic and data-based approach which considers all the dimensions of the person’s health, very much needed for long term conditions. I would definitely recommend her services. ”

"It felt like a lot was riding on our first appointment. Dr Liz did such a sterling job of listening, clarifying, reassuring and moving us forward with suggestions and a plan - which is now unfolding, with a helpful level of guidance and motivation. Dr Liz brings that often-mentioned yet rarely-found ideal blend of friendly and professional!"

"After a long time using the NHS route to get to the bottom of my son’s reflux and anxiety issues without any success and a life time of medication and antibiotics, we have started working with Dr Corcoran. Within weeks of her intervention we are seeing fantastic improvements with my son’s presentation. He is happier, calmer and we are following a process that feels like his well-being is at the center and his gut health is being really investigated. We are very happy with the prompt service and wealth of knowledge that Dr Corcoran is providing. She has taken time to really explain the holistic approach to his health to us in a way that my son can process."

"Dr Liz is a fabulous practitioner who really understands a complex medical picture and is capable of breaking treatment pathways down into achievable parts, especially in cases like ours which could often feel overwhelming. She is a great listener and has a capable and professional manner but manages to balance that with an approachable kindness which is usually hard to come by."

"I highly recommend Dr Liz. She gave us such thorough and professional care and was able to help both my sons . She related to them both brilliantly and they both enjoyed their sessions with her and felt really listened to. As did I. We previously had no idea about Functional Medicine but now realise that it can have a transformative effect on physical health, gut issues, mood and behaviour. We are so grateful for her involvement which has transformed our families health."

  • Patient

“Dr. Liz has been essential to my journey of figuring out exactly what is going on with my health! She’s patiently helped me try to untangle the myriad of related symptoms and encouraged me to rest as much as I can. When I’ve been overwhelmed with the need to overhaul my diet, she’s gently reminded me that some change is better than no change, and I don’t have to do everything overnight. When I’ve had trouble understanding the science of what’s going on in my body. Dr. Liz has explained clearly and simply – often with diagrams, which I find extremely helpful! – how different systems interact with one another. She’s full of interesting information about new studies, the effects of vitamins and supplements, and how lifestyle choices affect overall health. I’ve learned so much working with her and am grateful for her time, patience, expertise, and encouragement.”
